As a Certified Personal Trainer (ISSA) & Group Fitness Instructor I have trained clients from ages of 20-60, in the UK and US, in person and remotely via Skype.
I created Hot HIIIT, where sessions are conducted in a heated room (like Hot Yoga).
HIIIT is a cardiovascular exercise strategy where you alternate between short periods of intense anaerobic exercise and less intense recovery periods.
The 20, 30 or 40 minute sessions are evenly split into cardio and abs. All exercises contain modifications for beginners.
I created and conducted exercise programs for companies like Adobe.
